Delayed Ejaculation- I’m worried

I'm in the same situation. The only way it's too stop masturbating completely and then try to orgasm just during sex.

 

Hi, abstaining from masturbation will heal your delayed ejaculation (DE) problem. I had the same problem ever since I started having sex because of death grip masturbation (and prone masturbation as a kid) and it went away doing 40 days of NoFap. DE is rarely discussed in sexual education, ever since high speed internet porn appear it's becoming a more massive problem for men.

It's a tough process to go through (you will relapse!) but you can do it and once you see the results there is no greater joy. Try setting small goals at first, 5 days, then 10, then 15, then 20, then 25, then 30 and so on.

If you have a partner explain what is happening to you, and let them know you are going through this in order to recover your sensibility. This problem can ruin relationships so communication is key.
