    Wet dreams are a sign of sexual healing. How many is too many? I wouldnt worry about it unless it was multiple times a week indefinitely

    Personally, I find sleep on my side, stomach and wearing ill fitting boxers to be the biggest factors pushing me towards wet dreams. I had a wet dream while recovering in part because I slept on my stomach and woke up humping my bed. I also found that underwear that's too tight or too loose can induce wet dreams. Wearing very loose boxers or sleeping naked lets your dick and balls flip around too much, and lets your penis have more friction with the sheets or bed. Wearing too tight underwear puts pressure and friction on your penis the whole night. I found the best underwear were trunks that were fairly tight on the waistband and thighs, but had plenty of room in the pouch. Kept the jewels from rubbing against the sheets without letting them flail everywhere
