Hi all, I am nvc. I am 27 years old. Unmarried. I have been struggling with porn addiction since 10 years. Yes 10 long miserable years. It was fun at begining. Slowly became annoying. Then issue. Now miserable. I am in a very good job. I am good at it too. But all other parts of life has been destroyed because of my pornographic addiction. I have been isolating myself from everything. Now it has come to the point that without getting out of this addiction, life ahead will become incredibly difficult and destructive. I have been trying to avoid watching porn since 6 years. Failed again and again. Complete isolation has been helpfull in avoiding for short periods of few weeks. But i cant do that anymore. My work and my social life has been destroyed by complete isolation. Its a paradox i cannot solve. This is the first time i am signing up for a forum like this. I have huge hope from this. After 5 days of no pmo, i couldnt hold it longer. Its back to zero now. Feeling really bad. Regret and guilt are back. I am starting again. Lets see.
After 5 hours. I didnt watch porn. But i masturbated. I got aroused by some random things on tv. But my memories of porn videos made it worse. I will try to make this as my daily blog regarding my status of pmo. May be it will help.
