    from my 10th std start to watch porn and form my 11th std start doing masterbation but now I imagine that I am very looser and I lost my energy, health and lost focus on my goal so now i decide to sto watch porn and masterbation
    first i will do this for 21 days if i success in this 21 days then i will do this for 90 days
