I am new to nofap and still on day 21 without masturbation but sometimes I still watch porn. Is that slowing the rebooting process ? Do I have to stop watching p also? Much great ful for your advice

Porn is MORE DANGEROUS than masturbation, it's actually the real problem, masturbation on itself isn't that bad if used regularly (without porn ofcourse), but porn? that's the real problem!
