New to the forums, started NoFap last week

Greetings everyone! Last week I decided to get really serious about beating this addiction, for various reasons. I found NoFap (I honestly forget how) and thought, "that's awesome! And I'm finding this just now?"

A little about me: I'm 43 year old Christian dude, and I live in Pennsylvania with my girlfriend and two cats. I have a therapist that I talk to weekly that knows about my addiction, my girlfriend knows about it as well and is very supportive and compassionate. I have mental health illnesses (depression and anxiety being the major groups) which is why I have a therapist in the first place. Heck, everyone could use a therapist.

Anyway...wish me luck, pray for me if you're so inclined, and you're never too old to start to stop!

Thank you both! I was surprised to see my counter at 7 days this morning! Since this is my first attempt since I started (in my late teens I believe, although porn wasn't as easily accessible in those ancient days -- maybe it was just masturbation? I know I looked at something) my first personal goal is 14 days. Yesterday was quite the struggle, and today feels like it will be already. I know I need to not beat myself up if I reset, which in itself is a struggle.
