You are addicted to dopemine. You need to do some research on.addiction and have a very strong will power. Do this for youself, not christ. I have no faith but your god would want you to help yourself to help others.

Yeah that will help. Lots of the guys here use K9 and let someone have the passcode. Ive blocked via my router. Thats working fine for me. Clear the computer of all P, links, pics everything and put safe search on search engines too. Give yourself no opportunity to view that shit!

 

Remember always that God loves you at all times - not just when you are successful in not fapping. Yes, it's something we need to work on in God's eyes, but we must have patience and determination. Unhappy saints are lost from the beginning. Trust in God and have the humility of trusting in God's love and not prideful self-loathing and anger when you fall. Remember, too, that Jesus himself demonstrates that God is an incarnational God - God made flesh as a human being. As such, it should not surprise us that God wants to work out his graced plan within us among fellow human beings who are broken like we are. For many years I was tempted to think it was "God and I" alone that would solve this, yet from time to time God reminds me that our fellow Christian and non-Christian brothers and sisters are all in this together. We need to fully engage a support, recovery group like this one found on Nofap or elsewhere or a live group even. We must grow and become healed ourselves, even while we turn around and help others to recover as well. It's amazing how our own brokenness in life becomes the very ministry out of which we are now able to help others. For, who else can? Someone who hasn't been through it themselves? Also, I tell you that the first time that you really make a difference in someone else's life and recovery, bringing them God's love and compassion and encouragement (whether the word "God" is mentioned or not), will be the same day that you might even thank God even for your own brokenness (even over many years) that allowed you to be God's instrument in bringing hope and love to another human person. Trust always, love always - both yourself and others. All these other lessons just might be what God wants you to really learn through all of this, and they may even be more important lessons than not fapping, yet not to diminish the latter either. It is gonna be a hell of a fight. Not gonna hide the truth from you but in order to succeed, u have to develop a hatred, I mean a pure hatred of the habit. Relapse or not, U have to live your days of noFAP with a mindset that u CAN do it. Never have the mindset 'oh, I am gonna fail eventually' or 'Nofap is hard' because when you do that, you are setting yourself to fail. Believe in yourself. As a christian, never ever forget to pray to your God for guidance and strength. That will help you.

 

I understand how u feel.

Sometime the realization alone is not enough. The urge will drive us crazy

I promise to myself i'll slapped my hand with cloth hanger 3 times if i start edging. I even do it once when the fantasize start hit in. You'll be suprised how the pain kill your urge immediately.

I prefer to judge myself than to be judged by Him.

 

You will get better at it if you really want to.
