Hello there !
I am not much of a good man when it comes to words yet i'll try my best
I am 21 male . i really dont remember how i actually ended in this spot . i was introduced to porn around the age of 18 but i didn't consume much due to my religious beliefs , that went okay for a while . after that by accident i knew what is it like to masturbate . and since then it's been like hell . for the past few months i have tried every thing , spend lots of time listening or reading on how to quit. Yet they all did not help even for a little .
In 2 months i would have reached a year since i began .
The real problem is that i dont enjoy ! . i am only filled with shame and regret . honestly i dont know what to do or even if i ever gonna qiut some day.
I really hope that this time i can do something ..
Also i wanted to ask since im new to this site. Where i can begin from ?
