    Hello everyone, I'm James from Canada, i just joined the nofap community since it looks really supportive. I'm 22 years old and went back to school after quitting it for a few years.Today i had a relapsed after 21 days of abstaining and somehow it didn't even felt good.Of course the porn gave me intense dopamine release as always but my orgasm was so weak that it felt like a waste of time and energy. I previously made it to 83 days without pmo but now im aiming at least 90 and more until i stop counting.

    I relapsed after 18 days of no PMO but that time i did not know about nofap. I tried by my own to stay away from PMO. BUt this time with the help of nofap i aim one year of no PMO. And i am on my days 10 today. I started to learn programming to spend my time that i supposed to use watch PMO.
