Insight into why reboot has positive benefits on the brain

  1. Hi fellow nofappers...er fapstronauts whatever you guys are called. I've been taking AP Psychology at my school and right now we are studying the 4 different lobes of the brain and what organs of the body they influence. The Parietal Lobe, located in the middle of the brain is responsible for regulating movement of the body and processing sensory information from different organs. The somatosensory cortex, an area of the Parietal Lobe, controls the man and women's privates (down there, not up) and is responsible for sensations of urges in both sexes. Why does any of this matter you may ask? Well, my theory, (and keep in mind this is a theory, has no experimentative evidence) is that when we fap day in and day out, we overstimulate our somatosensory cortexes to the extent that energy and neurons in other areas of the brain must be taken to accomidate this overstimulation. When we overstimulate one part of our brain, it makes sense that other areas would be understimulated. This explains the brain fog we experience after we relapse: energy used to stimulate areas such as the Frontal Lobe, responsible for awareness and focus, is depleted to accomidate the stimulation in the Parietal Lobe. When we go on long nofap streaks, we experience better focus, happiness, and physical stature because we understimulate areas of the Parietal Lobe responsible for genetilia stimulation (i.e. the somatosensory cortex) allowing for an abundance of excess energy to fuel the stimulation of other parts of the brain such as the frontal lobe and areas of the parietal lobe responsible for sensory input to parts of the body such as the arms, legs, and chest.

Its True explanation i think. Also if meditation is also included in your routine the frontal Cortex can be stimulated more easier too which helps in memory. Also it increase grey matter and brain cell's life.
