Has anyone ever had physical effects from over masturbation? Ive read a lot about effects like aches, floaters, dry mouth, joint pain, etc and im experiencing some of these so i am wondering if they are likely related to pmo or something else. Thanks in advance.
Yeah I had a lot: some problems were directly caused by the overload of my reproductive system (severe prostate pain, severe testicular issues (nearly led to testicle torsion), severe penile irritation), and others were more systemic : heart arrhythmia, cold hands and feet, hyperhidrosis (during masturbation), aggravation of my bad posture, lower blood flow to the brain. And of course a significant part of the sexual energy I've lost to these fantasies could've been used to improve my health. That's all I remember for now, but there may have been more. PMO sucks!
