    I’ve been doing Nofap for a few years now. I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. For the longest time pmo left me so sad, empty, lonely, and unconfident. I have a steady relationship now with my girlfriend and things are great! Keep fighting the good fight.

    I certainly did! Its getting better all the time. It’s hard to pinpoint it exactly since everyone is different.
