Hi , I have been trying to reboot since last 1 year when I found I had PIED. During this one year I relapsed 5-6 times on some images. But low libido no MW and ED continues. It’s little better than before but still seems long way to go. Relationship is getting hugely affected as girl wants an intercourse but flatline is still on along with ED. Any tips for faster flatline recovery will be highly appreciated. I have stopped seeing occasional erotic images also now fully.

I turned vegan half a year ago and in hindsight this might have been a big part of the cure. Check out the netflix documentary "game changers" especially at the timestamp 51:30. They fed athletes one time with meat and one time with vegan food and then measures their nightly erections. Turns out eating vegan makes your dick much harder for much longer.
Hey that’s for the tip about being vegan. Also did u ever MO during that phase. I didn’t a few MO without fantasising or imagining any erotic thing. Will that be an issue. Some say if reboot is long then doing MO without imagining anything can help.
Regaining mojo depends a lot on your lifestyle and mindset. I have no info about your routine. Generally good exercise, sleep, calm relaxed mind, healthy diet and complete abstinence from edging, can help speed up recovery. I'd suggest to include plenty of nuts, fruits, dates, dark chocolate in your diet. MO and edging can slow down recovery IMO.
After my 90 days reboot in hard mode I started to MO once a week. I changed the style though: I started using a lot of lotion and using a looser grip to avoid death grip syndrom. Keep in mind I didn't have a girlfriend at that time. Now that I have a girlfriend I don't MO often.
