    Why don't you decide to stop a train with your bare hands too?

    If you want progress in NoFap, set realistic goals and write down your reasons and make sure your reasons resonate within you. You don't set a contract for life when you know full well you can't abstain completely for the rest of the life.

    Make a goal to reduce porn usage, make a goal of checking the forum every day, make a goal of getting your mind busy with something that interests you.

    Streaks are delusional set up a calendar and mark the days you abstained. It's important to be on positive score and not be too soft or allow relapses too often. It is better to set a goal to keep going right after a relapse than to set a goal to never relapse, which is impossible. Some people go over a year without a relapse. This is a realistic goal if you are motivated and have experience, otherwise, your goal should be a little more than you have ever abstained.

    I am coming here to NoFap after another failure. Failure is part of the process, got to learn to deal with them. Eventually you'll guys get it. Keep trying and good luck, have a good streak and don't give up if you slip.

    Well there r people who have been successfully able to live their life without porn and masturbation, at least when they have an intimate partner.
    Anyway it's been a month now and I have kept my contract and I'll Post on this thread if I relapse

    I am in.

    Short term goals are important, and so is the overall vision of where you want to go. Use the short term goals to handle the day to day, and keep the long term to guide us toward the ultimate destination. There are many paths to a destination, but if you don't know what that is, it will be too easy to go astray.

    I'm still in ;)

    Total streak: 24 days.
    Easiest streak thus far, without it feeling forced and actually experienced some of the most dramatic events in my life and it was a breeze getting through. I have the feeling my need for pmo has really subsided...

    Just for sharing my workplan;

    Im in warrior monk mode. Get up at 4. Skillwork (excercise, meditation, study) on wakeup. Regular Work from 7-20. Sleep at 21. Eat for bulk. Everyday im fighting for freedom.

    Systems in place to avoid relapse:
    1. No home laptop
    2. Unremovable blocker on work pc
    3. A2u software with a fantastic AP
    4. Sharing: i have learned to share all my struggles and emotional happenings with family, friends, and AP while never have done in this in my entire life before the past few streaks. The more i share, in vulnerability, truly living in truth and without secrecy or hiding, the easier it becomes. PMO has always been an escape from feelings. Sharing has become my way of dealing with shit. The "need" for pmo is gone. Truth alone prevails.

    Hi, I'm still at stake I'll finally get 90 days soon. I never want to fall back into the PMO again. I feel out of this addiction at the moment, but I know very well that a mistake can cost me dearly. Sorry for my English
