140 days Done.

Hello friends,
Here I am again, for yet another 10-day update, time has gone by so fast that it doesn't even feel like 140 days have passed since I decided to give up my porn addiction for good,

The improvements have been constant and I feel that little by little my body is getting "connected" to the real world again and I feel better each time, maybe because I don't have absurd amounts of dopamine drenching my brain constantly,

I hope this post can serve once again as a motivation for those who are facing difficulties or have just arrived Believe me, our brain is an amazing machine, you can still beat this damn addiction and live a full life, I'll be back in 10 days for another update.
