Porn Addicts Are Unhappy With Their Lives

Can be true for many people. For me the only reason which makes me unhappy in my life is this addiction itself. Apart from that there is no reason to why I feel unhappy.

 

I only get heavy considerations for porn when I've finished a massive project and can't find another to fill the gap. I guess that qualifies as unhappiness.

 

The question is, does the porn addiction make you unhappy or does unhappiness cause the porn addiction? People often assume the latter, and that can certainly be the case, but in my experience and others it can also be the former. In other words, life was fine before the addiction became apparent.
