Hello everyone! Its overwhelming to have such a community with this socially hidden issue. I am 27 years old and I have completed my post grad. I used to see porn in college days with friends which resulted in frequent fapping and depletion of mental and physical energy. However in the later stage I tried to avoid porn and finally could completely stop it 2-3 years back, even though I could not restrict fapping. Now a days I could go more than a month straight without any urge and sometimes within 1 week I become restless. I am hoping to get any assistance from this community. Yours Sincerely, pm11

Yes its easy when we keep ourselves out from distractions, like unnecessary images in social media and youtube, even while walking down the streets. And as the time passes by we actually forget why we started the process of restriction and it happens. We need to be watchful at every step. All the best!!
