Hello everyone, am Lima from Nigeria , i got to know this site through a book i was reading about confidence today, I have been addicted to pornography and masturbation for 9 years, believe me i have tried all i can to stop but to no avail, i have read books and watched videos on YouTube on how to stop masturbation but i just can't, it has really ruined my life, i feel so depressed and frustrated, i lack confidence, I have low self esteem, but i believe my life can change through this community, i i still have hope. I hope i am welcomed.
