    Hi guys!
I've been PMO since I remember so it was difficult to see that it's the key to most of my problems. 2 months ago I started to see it and decided to put a stop to it. Without knowing what I am facing I've managed to make it to a month on a hard mode. But then I relapsed and started to look online for help and I found this website.
With your help I'm hoping to stop PMO forever!
Just to let u know English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes;)

    Hi and welcome @snake88!
    1. What's your reason for wanting to quit MO/PMO?
    2. What have you read on the subject?
    3. What's your plan for not relapsing?
I recommend you first to start reading two books: "Breaking the Cycle" (http://amzn.to/1LQu3iv) and "The Porn Trap" (http://amzn.to/1QS9l6g). The first one is a jewel in terms of understanding your addiction.
Second, visit the Starter Kit, which is an unofficial compilation of step by step guides on where to begin and what to do: http://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/galaxims-journal.20036/page-8#post-330466
Although you need to find the approach that works best for you, you're going to find a pattern in all succesful rebooters. If most of us do the same things in our recoveries (cold showers, exercise, meditation, etc) it's because they work.
You need also to be accountable. Start posting on your journal and commenting on other people's journals.

    Thanks guys for the reply.
    1. As many here I've noticed that I can't control my urges which was the reason why I've tried in a first place. (I didn't actually realise how big this addiction is and how is affecting my everyday life)
But during my one month on hard mode I've noticed a lot of changes in my confidence, energy level which I wasn't expecting. I was starting to be a different man so now I want to be a better person. I want to control myself.

    2. I've read a lot of other people's journals, watched few YouTube videos recommend by people here, read articles about the problem and so on. I give more details as I create my journal.

    3. Exercises, cold shower if really need to and updating my journal as I go. Avoiding websites with any porn content, so no MO/PMO full hard mode with no time limit!

Thanks for the recommendations I will check them up especially I haven't heard about those books and as I enjoy reading this could be a good motivation to help me go through this.
I'm going to start my journal tonight as today is my day one after relapsing last night.

Just to add since the one month on hard mode I was only able to stay clean for a week or less. Those failures made me join NoFap and I'm hoping that sharing with you I will help myself and others achieve ours goals!
