So I need ur advice with my problem. I am 18 years old, and i used to masturbate to porn every day, i didn't even think about it as an addiction it was like a habit i would just do it when i didn't have anything to do even to the point when i wasn't craving it but i still did it out of a habit. I would masturbate to normal stuff do it quickly and forget about it. Didn't think there was any problem with that until recently.

I had one successful sexual intercourse although i dont remember it very well and it lasted pretty quick. It was a one time hook up and i didn't feel anything for that girl so i kinda forgot about it.

Now half a year later i fell in love like crazy and started a relationship tried to have sex 3 times and failed every time. First 2 times i thought it was anxiety cause i was nervous af and my heart was pounding like crazy cause i had the girl that im in love with in front of me naked and i didn't have any experience. But the third time i was already very comfortable with her and everything went smoothly i tried to insert like 4 times but every time i got soft the moment i tried to put it inside. It was very frustrating. I started checking internet and decided i have to stop PMO so I stopped for 12 days already.

My morning wood is there every day but its like almost not hard, and when im making out with my girl i get hard it feels like 100% but when i check it with hand its still pretty soft even though in my brain i feel crazy aroused. When I try to masturbate without porn just by touch i can get my erection to a only to like 50% and my penis glans is numb since i can remember.

So my main question is can this be a physical problem like tight pelvic floor or something with my hormones or is this a porn problem. I'm sorry that my post is so long and i hope someone will take the time to read it! I got an appointment to an urologist but as far as i know he cant say if I have tight pelvic floor muscles

nope im 100% sure thats pied, quit pmo. and after a month or 3 months (depends on how severe your addiction was) youll see improvements good enough to have sex, and as you keep having sex, the problem will eventually fix itself. but you need to quit pmo permanently. it might take a while, dont get discouraged thou

Thank u! Just hit 14 days hard mode and i feel like I'm in a flatline for the last week cause my sex drive almost dissapeared and there are just glimpses of it and boners are even softer than they were before i quit pmo. But i hope that means I'm on the right path and means that there was a problem.

Before going into hard mode, were you able to get a stronger erection from PMO?

Yes, and my morning wood was also pretty strong. Now I'm on day 18 and in this crazy flatline no morning wood or erections for 3 days and depressed as fuck

That shows you don't have a physical problem, so it's all in your mind.
If you stick to hard mode long enough your erections will get better and better, until you're able to have a normal and healthy sex life.
    Hang it there!
