Hi...and welcome! The only advice I can give is what (so far) works for me. I have always been very competitive and hate letting anyone or anything beat me. So when I get horny and want to watch porn and masturbate, I go to an on line competitive language app and get into competitive mode. My horniness soon disappears and I get the benefit of learning other languages! My advice therefore is to find something (on line or on real life) that distracts you totally from even thinking about P or M! But good luck, and you're in the right place to get help!
