Hello, I am 19 years old and from Germany. I read about Nofap a few days ago in a magazine. I already knew before that I have a big problem with masturbation and watching porn, but it didn't really bother me. It consumed up to 3 hours of my time each day. In the last few months I didn't think to much about the time I lost doing PMO because I had much free time. However, university started recently and I realized how much time it takes. So, I was lucky to have read about Nofap and decided to try it, because I know porn and masturbation is keeping me away from making new friends at university and from studying. So I decided to start my challenge today and it is already hard staying away from those websites. Maybe there are some germans out there who can give me some advice.
