    Hi Fapstronauts,

Glad to finally post here ! I'm a eighteen-year-old French student who was watching P since 11 and has discovered its drawbacks last summer. I've done many streaks since July (longest : 32 days) and I'm here to get more serious about my reboot.

What I've read, watched and set :

    - The YourBrainOnPorn main video (How Internet P affects the brain, 2015)
    - Some TED and TEDx talks
    - The Quick Lauch to Quit P of the NoFap Academy (all parts + 4 others NFA videos)
    - Many YourBrainOnPorn articles
    - Many NoFap threads (on subreddit and main website)
    - Some others articles on P drawbacks and optimal sexuality
    - Daily physical exercise (at least 5 min/day of this :

    + often self-massages and stretching)
    - Daily meditation (20 min/day of one of Chopra Center's 21-day meditation challenges)
    - K9 Web Protection on all computers in my house (with random mail and password)
    - OpenDNS on my router (idem, but I can reinitialize the router's password)
    - Hosts file on my Android smartphone (I can't disable it, but I always find offensive sites that aren't blocked if I really want to watch P)
    - Xooloo parental control on my mother's Android tablet (with random mail and password)

I've already done the exercises of the Quick Lauch to Quit P of the NoFap Academy : implement fulfilling discipline, cut out escape behaviors, use the willpower process, shift the limiting beliefs of my belief system... So on the paper I may have already succeed.
But in practice, since I relapsed after my 32-day streak (the 28th September, due to a very anxious P dream that lead to an enormous urge after I woke up), I haven't be able to go past 3 days more than one time (4 days, when I started daily meditation).
So I believe I will have better chances if I get an accountability parter (and maybe two, three or a whole group) with Covenant Eyes (free for a month with the "nofap" code if I remember correctly).

Glad to be on the team !

    Yugae

Hey, I am also searching for a partner. I leave you my topic for you to know a bit about me : http://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/malicieuss-journal.50866/ (we are almost the same age and both french, by the way I could write in french but I don't for others.)

Feel free to message me, we will succeed. I already pmed someone, maybe we can create a small group. I am pretty sure it will be a lot more efficient and we will achieve our goals easier together.

I hope to hear from you soon !

Thank you taqwa. I haven't seen this post, so I'll read it today or tomorrow.

I've just read your presentation malicieus, and it seems you're the good one ! Especially when it comes to health, we both make it a priority (healthy food, frequent exercise).
I'll message you within the day.
