Hit 30 days no pmo first time in probably years

My longest in the past was like 133 days no P&M (had o with chicks)

This time around, I basically went monk mode, I dont think I approached a single woman in the past 30 days. I'm tired of trying as it has been very dissapointing recently. This helped bc in the past trying to approach women resulted in a lot of ups and downs for me emotionally.

I also went to church every sunday for the first time in years (for a whole month). I also went to young people hangouts with people from church.

I got up early nearly 7 days a week.

One thing is I'm rigid with wake up times and no PMO but everything else, I'm pretty flexible. For instance, I let myself train as often or as little as I want averaging (1-4 workouts per week). Same with martial arts usually once a week, maybe twice.

If I feel like skipping and just sitting home and being quiet or reading or being on forums I let myself do that. I'm much more flexible and am learning to listen to my body more. One of my major pitfalls in the past was the addictive spiral upward which is when you're on nofap and u start trying to constantly up your productivity in all areas of life and then crash and burn. It's the same mechanism as addiction but in reverse.

I'm learning how to be consistent and it requires a gentle and flexible approach.

I still stuggle with fantasizing but mostly at night.

Benefits so far: Feel much better about myself: dignity and pride are higher baseline making it easier for me to socialize. Voice is deeper and have higher baseline of positive emotion which is great for socialization and productivity.

Feel less stressed and afraid of stuff, less jumpy.
