  7. For me personally, I don't think PMO had an impact on my results from the gym. In 2019 I lost a good amount of weight and added muscle. I was eating right and working out consistently while watching porn everyday. At the time I also had a personal trainer at the gym and she was very attractive. After sessions with her I would go home and masterbate thinking about her. In an odd sort of way, this turned out to be a good thing because as we became friendly with each other, jerking off thinking about her became weird to me and helped me realize i had a problem.

I will add I can see how PMO could impact your results. When I started working from home, I would go to the gym after work. There were times I would PMO after work and delay my time getting to the gym. When i finally go to the gym my workouts were shorter and not as focused because of the time i lost PMOing.

When I abstain from PMO I have more motivation and energy in the gym. If I have engaged in PMO before the session, it does not go as well!

For me absolutely. I can tell the difference in just 3-4 days abstaining. Much more physical and mental energy. Getting off everyday makes me tired and it is difficult to have the energy to complete many tasks. Not getting off and it is like I have to find an outlet for the energy to be used up and lifting works great for that.
