Hi gang. I just have a question about my experience to see if anyone has been through the same. So after a month of no porn and fap I caved and masterbated once without porn. I wasn’t even overly horny but felt like I needed the release. The weird about all this is that during masterbation session and orgasm there was no pleasure or release. Like I could feel it coming but no pleasure sense. Is this maybe because I forced myself to masterbate when I was in a flat line?

I've experienced the same thing when I was on a long streak.

I'd say it isn't necessarily because you are in a flatline, but I think it's probably more along the lines of the fact that you haven't used your reproductive system in a long time. It'll need some to warm itself back up.

That makes sense, that makes me feel better haha. I’ve also quit drinking after being a daily drinker for 8 years so there’s a lot going on with my brain chemistry right now

Woofa, best of luck to you. I quit drinking alcohol a few years ago and I had one beer after a year and reminded me why I quit: felt like crap and was sick the next day.

I quit caffeine before that, and I went through a month of withdrawal (was in a lot of pain) and I have never went back.

Now I am working on PM. All that to say, I broke off multiple addictions by doing on addiction at a time; I cannot imagine doing multiple ones at the same time.
