    Ok so Here I go.

    I am seventeen and come from France. I want to definitely erase porn and masturbating of my life since I experienced a huge difference in only 3 days stop on my skin. (I have a little bit of acne and I look a little tired). I also belive in the fact that nofap is much more than that. It may increase a lot of things beside my skin. I think I can only get better with time and devotion.

    Adding to that, I consider masturbating as a waste of time, it occupies mind after a few days. I want to erase that cause it affects my work somehow. When I do work on my computer (learning korean for example) after a few days without PMO'D, it is starting to urge in my head and affect my work. I need to get out of that.

    I only eat healthy foods (lots of proteins, vegetables, fruits, low fat meat, no sugar, only water, not so much alcohol one time per week) practice sport a lot (calisthenics/running) and everything is fine except that.

    So here my journey start, I will keep that topic alive each day with a little message.

    I won't give up, cause I never give up in life, in work, in sport, why would I here? I will do my best.

    DAY 1 :

    Everything is fine for now. Drinking my tea before starting my workout.
    Nothing else to say at the moment.

    DAY 2 :

    Almost the same kind of day as yesterday. Really busy day and I am preparing to go running now. Don't have time to think about it for now.
    Next update tommorow :) (It is just the beginning, nothing really to say at the moment, I will share a lot more things in the days coming.)

    DAY 3 :

    I am now on my fourth day ! It went fine. I watched some awesome videos on how porns affect our brain yesterday so it changed my mind a bit and it added one more reason to not masturbate anymore.

    I am starting to think about it, but I always keep porn out of my mind. I am actually starting to "trick my mind".

    I stay strong, and focus on my objectif : 90 DAYS hard-mode.

    It is only the beginning of a long journey, but it is also maybe the hardest part.

    Hi malicieus,

    keep going day by day. The actions and decisions you make today are the basis for your future.

    When you read the journals of the guys here who are doing this for some more days or weeks already you can get an imagination of what may expect you. And, what seems to be really helpful to me, you can get advice there how to deal with the hard times and the urges when they will come up.

    DAY 4 :

    Thanks Psychonaut for your message, I appreciate your advices :)

    My fourth day went fine. It was also my first "full day" in my nofap journey where I could totally fap. I mean, no school, nothing specials to do, I could have done it, but didn't think about it for now. No urges or anything. Every thing is fine and I am happy for now !

    This day I also installed covenant eyes with my accountability partner on all my devices. I definitely recommand you guys to install it ! It's amazing !
    It blocks not only all P sites, but every research on google are also hidden. For example on google : you write ":yourfavoritepornstar:/(nevermind who it is) you will have no more results coming on !

    That's a really nice dissuasion tool because my accountability partner can check at any time,what I searched, what websites I tried to access...

    Day 5 went to be a busy day. From 8Am to 3a.m wasn't home (school>home friends>a little party !)
    Had no time to think about this !

    Starting to think a little bit more about PMO today. Avoid it by walking outside, working without computer and doing sports.
    I am close to a full week without PMO ! And that's already a first accomplishment for me !

    I won't give up !

    BIG UPDATE Day 7 Day 8 AND DAY 9

    Sorry for this !

    I had not time to update my journal.. i'm am really busy this days.. So it is also a nice way to avoid P M or O !

    I have almost at every moments something to do these days so that's perfect for my goals.

    I will continue to update my journal with time.

    I started meditation in these three last days, I only do it before I sleep cause, as I said I haven't much time. But still, I think meditation is awesome and I will continue to explore this "thing".

    DAY 10 :

    Full working day... haven't time yet to think about PMO, well, I can do it when I get back home at the end of the day, but I am pretty much exhausted so it makes it really simple to avoid. What I just want is eating, taking a shower and sleeping right after.

    That's fine, and I am starting to feel really happy about my "NEW HABITS"

    No meditation today, and no time to answers messages... I m taking two minutes here to keep my journal updated cause I think it is really important.
