Hi! Today, i decided to join the Nofap forum, after spending a few days reading reboot logs, testimonies, and rebooting resources. I live in France, i'm 28. I'm sorry if my english is not perfect. I will do my best to write correctly. I discovered The Nofap Community in a newpaper. I was very puzzled by this concept, and i started to question myself about my relation with porn. I'm single since one year. when i was in relationship, I practiced PMO most every days. I think this is one reason of my break-up. I believe also that PMO is responsable of my low self-esteem. In France, we call my generation "Génération X". "X" means porn. I grew up with porn during my adolescence. I started already to "reboot" myself, with no PMO at all. Today, it's my thirteenth day. Also, i would like to write a reboot log. It will be my motivation to share this experience, even if it fails. Thank you for reading!
Welcome, Dude. Your English is nice. Don't be discouraged by the idea that your English is bad. It is a language and I think nobody is perfect when it comes to language.
