I'm stuck in social anxiety very badly and my heart race very bad whenever I go outside. Dammmn what a bad life I'm living.

Before I go on, I hope you know already that your social anxiety is being caused by you fapping and ejaculating. Also man speak more about your problems. What's making you relapse so much?
1) Stop PMO, porn, and MO. That will calm you down a bit. 2) Talk to a therapist about it, a good therapist can help you work through what's causing the anxiety. All anxiety is not caused by PMO, the PMO is probably what you do to escape the anxiety, but it only makes it worse. Good luck, Nomo
Nope meditation help me to calm my mind only when I do in the morning but whenever I go outside, nothing work.
Empathize because, sometimes I get heart palpitation sometimes in social setting. Their is some fear of being awkward in social situation. Or I go somewhere and people are not warm or welcome.
I wouldn't recommend therapy, its a waste of money and they aren't really teaching you anything of value in my opinion. Get a stress ball, it helps take the kinks off.
well...you know what...become involved in social groups that the program has.You'll get a lot of support...as to how not to be anxious..when being outside.Give it a try

Yeah, forget therapists with years of training ing and certification!! Just buy a stress ball for a few bucks and that will be a MUCH better help than CSAT therapy.

Something that helped me a lot with social anxiety is training my vision and attention to focus on the background of life more. A bit like seeing life as a canvas and then everything on top of it, one of those things is other people. My experience with SA meant that I was way to hyper focused on other people and that just made things worse and worse. Practice being around others and try and bring some attention to the canvas that life is happening in rather than the people in the canvas. It is a bit like a form of mindfulness or meditation in a way. To some extent SA is like having some inner dial turned up to high making us too sensitive, this should help that dial come down some what and make you feel a bit more natural. SA is cruel in the sense that you know it is bit silly to feel like that around others but at the same time we can't help it. Try and lose the fear of getting anxious in front of others, give yourself permission, in doing so you will actually be anxious way less. One more thing is to try and forget about it, sounds too simple but it is helpful to not give it energy(attention). My least anxious times are when I just forget about myself. I know much easier said than done. So in summary, bring some focus to the background of life so to balance out the hyper focus on others, if you get anxious so be it don't worry about it and try and forget about yourself, you will be just fine without keeping an eye on yourself.
