I am on day 3 without P. I am not watching P and MOing without P. I am still staying up all night and sleeping all morning. When should my sleeping pattern normalise? Do I have to go without MO as well for my insomnia to disappear or is just quitting P enough?
Llevo 22 meses sin PMO, y con el paso del tiempo hay mejoras, dentro de estas es dormir mejor, ánimo hay muchos beneficios
I don't think we can blame so much on P or MO. No doubt PMO and any excessive time we spend looking at any digital device will cause insomnia, but quitting P or MO may not be the only factor to your insomnia. If I were you I would read about what causes insomnia and make sure you are eliminating all the things that cause insomnia, not just eliminating PMO. For me when I have had a busy physical day, by hiking, playing sports, or going to the gym, I sleep better. Also cutting back on TV and other digital stimulation helps me sleep.
Mine disappeared after long time without the shitty porn and not M, and when I started having productive days.
Hey there! It's great that you're making positive changes. Adjusting your sleeping pattern might take some time, especially if you're breaking old habits. Quitting P can definitely help, but it's normal for your body to take a bit to adjust. Try sticking to a consistent sleep schedule and avoiding MO close to bedtime. If the issue persists, you can try some products to help you sleep (you can buy pregabalin online here). I hope your problem gets resolved soon! Take care!
PMO could definitely contribute to insomnia if it's messing with your mood. That said, I had really bad insomnia from age 12-19, then went on a super healthy diet (mostly plant based - lots of red/orange/yellow vegetables, black beans, spinach/green leaves, olive oil, avocado, pasta, wheat bread, carrot juice, citrus fruit, berries) for a few years and my insomnia completely went away. I'm off the healthy diet and now my insomnia is back.
