I know its like wtf... I first realized porn addiction was real and how bad it was 4 years ago. I finally was dating a girl and when we went to have sex.... I had ED. Then it happened again, and again... every girl ive been with. In 98 days, I will be a 25yr old virgin. Currently unemployed so I have too much free time. Not good, i spend most of the day alone in my room, staring blankly into a screen. Day in and day out, Ive been addicted for 10 years... there isnt a day goes by that I dont at least peek at porn. Its bad.... Why the fuck cant I stop? Im lonley, broke, miserable, depressed.... fuck
You can be free from pornography, but first, go find a job and other activities that you can be proud of. You can nove you this thread to journal section and let other members know your progress.
It's very hard to stop. Like any addiction realizing it is the first step in the right direction! Many have struggled with this addiction and you will be able to overcome it! It won't be overnight it takes work, and there is a whole community here that is willing to help. Don't give up and ask any questions you have!
You don't take the addiction to PMO seriously. You feel like eh, whatever I will just get on nofap later. You have to realize all the awful things that happens when you do PMO, in general it fucks up your brain, it literally makes your brain smaller(source below).Yea you can keep living your life with PIED which is an easy thing to do or you can join nofap and self discipline yourself.
