    hi ive been trying to stop porn and fapping since early 2015 each time I relapse I do something to prevent it happening in this case im making an account here.

    my parents often use my email account how can I not be notified by things by email.

    I will also plan on checking off days as I get them and I will write a diary with the expiriance

    I think if you scout around the site, you will find how to turn off notifications. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to tell you, sorry.

    Or - just do a new sign up to Yahoo or G-mail or one of those Online-accessed emal accounts...then have the notifications come through there.
