Extremely weird dreams after 10 days PMO free!

    Hello everyone,

    I have been abstinent for 11 days in which I felt like I was flatlining. I didn't have any urges, I felt free of pressure. Its my first trial on Nofap. I have tried to abstain from PM before on my own, for 10 months but it was a long time ago and I don't remember how it was.

    In the past two days, things are getting a little bit stranger. I am having these weird dreams about girls I know, that we are getting in relationship or something although I never thought about them in that way, and I have always viewed them as my friends. and another one of these dreams was about The Rock collecting human feces from a swimming pool filter (alert: not a sexual dream), how strange is that?
    I don't know but I even feel like I am getting more physically aroused than before, I feel my body more ready (while I'm awake) to get aroused, I guess the flat lining is over or something! I feel this week but persistent urge to relapse but I'm holding up. It is a little bit difficult but manageable. Maybe because I used to empty my sexual urges with daily PMO I didn't feel this way?

    Has anyone here experienced the weird dreaming? I do dream usually but the dreams I have been having are extremely weird!

    I really enjoyed my dreams during my first week or so of nofap. Sadly they stopped :-( there were some nice ones - not sexy, but ones where I was beginning relationships with girls I like (nice, but disappointing when you wake up and it's all gone) and a few less enjoyable... like being fired at work for something that wasn't my fault (it's good when you wake up and realise you still have the job).

    I think I'm still having them... But I can't remember them as vividly.

    Dreams are usually always weird, bro. When we stop PMO, brain fog and things like that reduce. Therefore, you're able to remember your dreams more accurately. That's all that's happening. Your brain is remembering all the strange details that it couldn't pick up on before. My dreams have always been weird.

    As for the increased sensitivity, this is just another benefit of NoFap. Enjoy!

    Yes I guess this is the case here!

    I guess I should enjoy my dreams then as long as I'm having them..
