I noticed a change in voice, but it's like it gets deeper for 1 day then goes away. I wonder if someday i will have a stable deeper voice. I noticed the deeper voice was congruent with 'superpower day' any experienced can explain?
My wife says that my voice deepened a bit after I was clean from porn for several months. Mine actually became a little higher I think. Having more of a low voice in general I feel comfortable with it. It is sounding more sensitive and emotional I think. I don't need to have my voice extra-low to feel manly It could all be different for others!
I was actually surprised when my voiced dropped. I had no idea until I quit porn that my voice was coming out higher than it would off the porn.
I had some fluctuation at first, but, over a one to two month period it went down and has stayed down for over a year.
I've read somewhere on here that after quitting PMO, your testosterone will spike. It tops out around 14(?) days, and levels off from there. Could be what's happened?
I think every person is going to experience different degrees of it (as well as some fluctuation from day to day), but I think for the most part it will deepen permanently. Every persons experiences thesethings differently, however. It's possible that your voice is actually a little deeper and you've just gotten used to it's sound by now, so you might not notice it anymore.

Tyler, Thats cool that you notice your voice changing a little bit. I kinda have a higher voice so it would be cool if it has that effect on me. .....I'm way younger than you (16), but like even after a few days, ive totally noticed physical changes too
Ive noticed that when I consume refined sugar my urges goes up the roof and I must act out so I am doing a combination of nofap and nosugar
maybe no pmo affects the ears instead of the voice. so instead of having a deeper voice, it's just our hearing ability that gets been left or right depending on we pmo or not. could be.
I'm on day 19. Haven't noticed my voice deepening. But I stutter less now, and I think my manner of speech has become more confident, making my voice sound deeper at times because I "dare" to reach for those lower notes when talking. I'm not cut out to hear any noticeable difference between these two samples, but I think your voice is fine. The first clip sounds like it could be an intro to some EDM song.
