    I think I started in year 5, when I was around 9 ish, but when I met my girlfriend, I stopped for a week or so and let myself have a 'one off' and I haven't been able to control it since

    Why do you want to stop fapping? Is it because you think you might be 'cheating'? Or do you feel hooked to it and can't control the addiction? Or something else?

    Welcome! It's already been a few days since your first post, did you start by now? Did you talk about it with your girlfriend? Do the two of you alreay have sex?

    To quit, you need to be fully determined. You need to realize what masturbation makes you feel like, and you need to be tired of that! Unless this happens, rationalization and short-term satisfaction will win over actual reason and sustainability.
