Started fapping when I was 13 as a result of interaction with porn my cousin had left on my computer. Nobody told me it was normal to fap, that most boys did it and that I wasn't a horrible perverted child. I became very depressed and extremely anxious all the time. As I got older porn became regular almost daily, and so did my daily attempts to stop. until I was 21 and stopped trying to stop and just accepted it. I was happier this way, felt less ashamed. I would have days when i would freak, purge all my porn and make rules that I would never follow. But I would never make more then 7 days. Ever. Until 4 years ago, when I met my wife, and I kid you not I stopped for 2 years from our first date till about 8 months married. Then it all turned to SHIT... I fell into the hole again....I have been for about a year now and I have HAD IT! I stopped before for a number of reasons... one I had to have my wife and I new with an addiction like porn I might get her but I wouldn't deserve her. We lived across the world from each other because of Schooling commitments, it gave me SO much alone time but I seldom slipped...I want that back....I want to help all of you get to where I was and I want all of you to help me... I have some tecniques but I need help! i need a new strategy! Effective software....and most of all somewhere to go when I'm tempted, like nofap.org. I admire each and ever person on this site for taking a stand against the social norm and recognizing the great destructor that porn can be.

Thanks guys. I installed the software on my phone and my Laptop. I locked my tablet away at work and I dont want to bring it back out until I get to 7 days.
