Making a commitment

    Wow...where to start. Today is the day that I'm finally making a commitment to saying goodbye to PM forever. I feel such a sense of shame of the person I've become, and the unintended (but very real) negative consequences this has had on my relationship with my partner. I know this won't be easy, but I am so happy I discovered this website and resources on overcoming this addiction.
