Newbie, need help

Hi guys, I have been addicted to porn for 5 years now, and I have always known how disgusting it was, I just didn't have the energy and support/motivation to stop. I just found this website 3 days ago and you can't imagine how glad I feel. I immediately went cold turkey after browsing around the forums because the experiences of everyone just motivated me. It's my 3rd day PMO free, it's hard, no surprises there, but I have to stop. I really hope to kick this habit, and I am more convinced than ever this is the right place to be...
