Hello, i am new in nofap i want to say a question. I'm in day 5 and i attempt fapping about few hours ago. But i didnt cum. immediately closed porn and go to shower. So is that relapsed?

Should i reset my calendar? thanks..

Everyone sets their own goals here, so it is up to you. Some people are trying to give up pornography. Others are trying to give up pornography and masturbation. Still others are going "hard mode" and giving up P, M, and orgasm. It sounds like you did P and M so if it is your goal to overcome those, then you relapsed. Don't be discouraged, just get started again and do better next time -- make it your goal to go 7 days instead of 5. You can do it.

I liked shadys answer don't get discouraged you are already in progress. Keep working on it. At first it is hard but then gets easier
