hello everyone my name is aman. I am 15 year old. I was watching porn since 12. I started masturbation before knowing about porn. I recently come to know about my addiction. I was very afraid that i did a very wrong thing i wanted to do suicide because of this addiction. This thing changed my life badly. I was very good at my studies. But now things changed badly changed. I tried to control this before but i kept on failing but now i am going to take a big step now i will control the beast. There is a very beautiful line from my guru Guru Nanak dev ji: "Conquer your own Mind and Conquer the World".
