Saying hi!

Hello everyone, I've been a porn user since I was pretty young. For me it began with pics in magazines (before the internet) and then developed into going to adult shops, paying for strip shows and viewing porn videos in those shops. Once the internet came along I moved to private viewing of porn (which I still do regularly). I have, very sadly, also used prostitutes over the past few years even though I'm married and have children. As many of you can probably imagine, these activities fill me with a lot of shame about my behaviour. It has affected my family relationships deeply, especially with my wife and children. I can't believe how forgiving and gracious they have been to me but I still continue to struggle with this addiction. I'm hoping that NoFap might provide me with an avenue to escape this destructive addition that plagues my daily life. Here's hoping.
