    I'm wanting to go 30 days clear, I've tried in the past, only managing a week at most. Any advice would be great.

    I'm with you man, just signed up tonight and hoping for the same. In the past ive lasted for around 2 weeks max but I'm hoping i can stick it out for at least 90 days

    I just signed up too. I've tried so many times before to quit completely, but I've never been able to last for more than about two weeks. I'm really hoping that i can last the 90 days with the help from the guys in this site. Good luck to everyone!
