2. Create email fiter and block the sex words. Seal the security hole.

3. Go offline. Get a selfcontrol.app (for mac, but they have free alternatives for windows on their webpage). and whitelist only nofap forum, nothing else.

In 1 or 2 weeks it will get easier again...

Wow! The self control app! Absolutely terrifying to me. I'm not at that stage where I can go that far. I feel like if I did that I would probably relapse even worse, like end up PMO on my professional computer ( I have one for work and one for "personal") Looking at that site gives me anxiety because I feel like it would put a virus on my computer or never lock me out forever, on top of that if I entered specific websites to block me from I'd end up going into a deeper hole trying to find a new website. Not good.

 

unsubscribe to the porn site where you will no longer receive emails. If you are unable to do that, as soon as you get an email from that site delete the email as soon as you recieve it and empty the trash after that.

Install K9 software where it filters out porn.

In addition if you are very tempted get away from the computer. Have a walk, outside be the best and walk around the block and talk to people.
