Hello, you set out a grim picture of the way you see things just now. I think when you read some of the accomplishments of other members here you will begin to turn things around. The important thing is that you have identified a problem and have set out to confront it. I know if you read some of the helpful literature on the site you will begin to feel much more in control and ready to explore useful habits and activities.
