Masturbated after 4 months and I felt so happy

Discussion in 'Success Stories' started by Deleted Account, May 26, 2016.

  1. sure you might be right about being weak. but im still storng enough to last 4 months, and do not continue to masturbate since that time. Is that weak? Is being weak at some things are wekaness in the first place. Thats the thing man it got gradually more intense with every day, and I masturbated and thats all i needed to continue again. Was it right? I don't know, but it felt right and I think like that right now. So I'm not depressed, and don't feel negatives. Weak? If you want to label it this way fair enough.

  2. also all of your criticism is good thing also, cus I see how little does it affect me, when I trully know that I didn't fail. As I said in the beginning some people feel good first few hours or days, but then falls back to depression. It didn't happen to me. I stand for what I did. Feel free to critisize me, and I am reading all of the posts here, but not going to respond to all of them. I am my own master and I decided to masturbate for few days and get back to not masturbating. Is that weak? :D

It's great that you can keep it up mate. You're awesome for having such control!
I never criticized you for M:ing, I said it was everyones descision to make. But I did criticize you for your positive attitude to your P usage.
Anyway, keep up the good work!

Nicely done, 4 months! I am on Day 17 though.

  7. don't get in a trap like me and start m every day, it's easier then you think to fall back into routine m, it was for me any way, now I am having a hard time not looking at pictures to, so I am doing another 90 day reboot, this was just my experience.

Yeah, I was going for about a year or so without P and then I hit some really hard times with the death of my grandparents. It's slowly started seeping back into my life. I'm not as deep in as I was previously, but resolving to never watch again has been more difficult than expected. Just know that it can be quite insidious if not kept in check.

  10. Excellent understanding of moving forward. Congrats on growing up and not looking at this in the old way. Everything in moderation and of course, it isn't the end of the world if you watch porn and masturbate occasionally. Well done.

Self-discipline is all that matters. May the force be with you.

I know where you're coming from- I have been having the same experience recently. I have been going through the process of healing my sexual energy center and all my repressed libido and "zest" for life has been coming up, resulting, oftentimes, in a feeling of INTENSE horniness, like a burning and extremely stubborn feeling of pleasure in the lower abdomen. I have never been addicted to masturbation, but while on NoFap, whenever I relapsed, I nevertheless felt shitty. I blamed it on the relapse itself. However, recently, having gained an insensitivity to relapse after relapsing so many times, I realized that all the bad feelings I had surrounding masturbation were due to the mindset of guilt and disappointment. Masturbation DOES drain energy, but is not responsible for shitty feelings.

In fact, I masturbated today and felt great afterwards. I was still feeling very horny with an excess of energy afterwards so I just went for a run. It seems to have calmed down.

Anyways, NoFappers- it's not masturbation that is bad. Masturbation only makes you feel shitty when you are using it to repress your problems, or if you are doing it too often and you thus lack energy. I am on NoFap purely for the reason of self-discipline and because I find masturbation banal, but I am glad I no longer harbor the silly prejudice against masturbation in moderation. If one is conscious of the effects of masturbation and disciplined, depending on one's goals in life, fapping once every week, once every two weeks ect is rather inconsequential.

The author of this post did nothing wrong.

  13. glad there are logical people on this forum too. What you describe is very similar if not exactly the smae as my thoughts. I've actually have masturbated for few more times in the past three weeks. And don't feel the lack of energy or lack of motivation, or self loathing, fear, anxiety or other stuff that i used to feel. I guess that actually those 4 monts had to do something wth it. I'm in relatiosnhip again, wroking hard on my job, exercising, eating properly, socialising. And yes I see that when I marturbated to porn those couple of times I feel that it want to take me back wher eI was, and this is a warning message to me to slow down. Thats what I learned from this. I con't forget that it can have a huge and negative impact if used without restrictions. Cus our limbyc brains can take over at any time, and then its game over, and you gotta start all over again after falling into that habbit.
