Quitting Once and for all

    Hello fapsternauts, I am also beginning the journey of quitting porn although I've tries and failed many times in the past year, but I think this will be the start, any advice for a beginner and for relapse/urges?

    It is better to take one day at a time rather than quitting it for your lifetime
    You should also scrutinize your triggers and try to get over them all the best.
