    I have been reading threads on this site every few days while attempting on my own to quit PMO. I have had some success so far this summer but after a relapse yesterday I have decided to finally join this site and get serious about quitting.

    I have had problems getting/maintaining erections when intimate with partners in the past and suspect it is P related.

    I will be making a journal to mark my progress later but for now just wanted to say hi to everyone and wish you all luck in your own struggle.

    Good luck on your way to self improvement, take a frequent look at the success stories in case of having difficulties to maintain your progress. They reminded me often of what you can have by abstaining.
