    Does abstaining from Masturbation and Porn make you feel more emotions? Is it true that PMO numbs your emotions? I don't feel as happy as I used to be, I can't even feel sad at things anymore, I feel like a zombie with no interest in anything anymore, is this because of Porn and Masturbation? I hope NoFap changes all of this for me. Will it?

    Sounds like your on the right path. I'm new here myself, but I've heard that at some point you 'flatline' and stop feeling as much. Don't worry, your feelings will come back though - but real feelings this time.
    I routing for us all to overcome this porn habit!
