I'm 17 and 5'10. I have a pretty bad curve in the bottom portion of my spine, and my neck is also not very straight. I was wondering if fixing this would maybe get me to 5'11 or so? I don't think it straightens when I stand completely straight up, so maybe straightening my spine through exercises would fix this problem and give me some extra height? Thanks.
