49 days of change in life

Hi to all I am rodenig I am new to this forum my age is 21 I did a reboot for 49 days I was feeling good and I am doing my graduation in engineering after 49days I relapsed but still did not watch P and masturbated but still all these 49 days I felt good and energetic and I am not an addict to porn and masturbation but still sometimes I do for once in a week coz I had psychiatric problems,depression and recovered with a psychiatrist now I am feeling great of having a good life one important thing you should remember start working out coz working out i do cycling for an hour daily in the morning which makes you to forgot all these PMO and I experienced it and engage yourself in activities like I love hearing music or getting a candy.....or I love to read motivation books like think and grow rich....... and above all that I had the best two goals for abstaining from PMO I want two daughters with my future wife coz you have lot of responsibility and I want a wife whom I should trust,care and show some true love so these things made me to leave PMO so it is not that difficult and also don't watch P and stop frequently to do M even if you have an urge divert your mind to do something that makes your mind relax thank you guys have to reboot and set another challenge of rebooting from PMO.

 

I am happy for you brother I like your progress in rebooting good luck brother keep up the good work you can break your longest streak I believe in you you have the potential.
